Admiral and Elephant.co.uk are
bascially the same people with similar rates - if you get a good quote from one, you will get a good quote from the other.

 

Elephant.co.uk is a bit cheaper because it is internet only.( note that calls to Elephant cost 60p per minute. )

If you do not have any no claims bonus, then both Admiral and Elephant offer a special starter discount - you can buy a 10 month policy ( which is a bit cheaper ), and at the end of it you will be given a full 1 year of No Claims Bonus.
